Tania Tong
LICENSED PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR, CEO
Principal investigator. Tania conducts investigations for local education agencies, state agencies, city and county governments, and private employers. Tania’s investigative experience includes special education, Section 504, Title IX, harassment, discrimination, bias incidents, personnel, and work and school climate assessments. Her administrative experience includes special and alternative education, personnel, health services, policy development, bias reduction, trauma-informed practices, and working with special populations and families.
She holds a bachelor’s in psychology, a master’s in special education, advanced public school administrative licensure, and national honors. She is trained in the use of the Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview (FETI) and The P.E.A.C.E Method for investigative planning. Tania conducts investigations in multiple states throughout the USA.

TERRI DAHL
LICENSED PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR
Trained in the use of Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview (FETI) and working with special populations. Investigative experience includes public complaints, harassment, discrimination, bias incidents, personnel, Title IX, and special education. Public school administrative experience includes early childhood, elementary and middle levels, alternative education, federal programs, and Talented and Gifted Education.
