Request Services

Once the request is submitted:

For Investigations:  an investigator will typically be assigned within 12 hours and you will be contacted for an initial case intake within 24 hours of submission, during regular business hours. 

For Training, Consultations and Other Services: A member of our team will be in touch within one business day.

Please note: if you are a new client, a signed services agreement will first need to be on file before an investigator is assigned.
